Information we collect
PINNERGPT may store information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, password hash, account status, access limits, campaign settings, keywords, destination URLs, generated Pin content, image prompts, uploaded/imported data, queue items, and support messages.
Authentication and access
Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text. Admins may approve, reject, suspend, or limit user access. Access duration and usage restrictions may be stored to control monthly, yearly, lifetime, or custom access periods.
API keys and connected accounts
When users add keys or connect accounts, PINNERGPT stores credentials in the database so the workflow can operate. Sensitive values should be stored using the app’s configured encryption system and should not be displayed in full after saving.
Generated content
Campaign data may include titles, descriptions, hashtags, keywords, overlay text, image prompts, negative prompts, alt text, destination URLs, image paths, queue statuses, and publishing logs.
Logs
PINNERGPT keeps activity logs to help diagnose errors, track account actions, and protect the workflow. Logs may include timestamps, action types, related item IDs, and error messages.
How information is used
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To generate and organize Pinterest-ready campaign data.
- To manage queues, schedules, images, and overlays.
- To support admin approval and user restrictions.
- To troubleshoot errors and improve reliability.
Data retention
Data may remain stored until deleted by an admin or removed through future account management tools. Campaign, queue, and log data may be retained for operational history and troubleshooting.
