PINNERGPT currently uses admin-controlled access. Access may be granted manually and may include custom limits, durations, or permissions.
Refund requests
If paid access is introduced or granted, refund eligibility may depend on the access period, usage, support history, and the reason for the request. Send refund questions to info.pinnergpt@gmail.com.
Non-refundable cases
- Heavy usage during the access period.
- Account misuse or policy violation.
- Expired custom access periods.
- Third-party costs or external service charges outside PINNERGPT control.

Include your registered email address, access date, reason for request, and any screenshots or details that explain the issue.
